— My Story
I have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science with an emphasis on Nutrition as well as a Masters in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.
I have been a personal trainer for over eight years and have been involved in the fields of exercise for physical rehabilitation, strength and performance training, pregnancy safe movement and exercise, postpartum recovery, and reintroduction to exercise.
Personally, I have participated in several sports including soccer in my earlier days and most recently long-distance running, boxing, and bodybuilding. I work with clients of all ages from teaching adolescents how to incorporate strength training to aid with their sports performance, to individuals above the age of 60 - reintroducing them to exercise in order to help with overall healthy aging. I incorporate an emphasis on nutrition and healthy weight/body recomposition.
My heart and soul belongs to exercise. I want to teach people how to live a more balanced lifestyle by incorporating it into their everyday lives to help with functionality and longevity. I want to teach everyone to enjoy movement. One of the best joys you can get out of life is being able to move your body and experience what its capable of!
